Frankie Mejia’s has been a top property manager in Orange County for over 10 years and a veteran of the real estate industry for over 20 years. Frankie has represented clients all over California, Nevada, and New Mexico in a countless number of real estate transactions. Frankie has built a solid foundation of clients in this community through his professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put his client’s needs first.

Frankie has studied Real Estate with Real Estate Trainers and afterwards began work with Infinity Real Estate. Passionate about Real Estate and Property Management Frankie has continued to leverage his know-how and experience and now manages a portfolio of over 200 properties with Lion Properties as well as Seven Gables.

Active in the community, Frankie is a proud part of the Children’s Hospital of Orange County and Someone Cares Soup Kitchen of Costa Mesa. “The fortunate needs to help the less fortunate”.

In his free time, Frankie is an avid bike rider, runner, and Kayaker. He completed his First Triathlon in 2019. Spending time on the Newport Beach Peninsula together with his friends and family is never something Frankie takes for granted.

With over 23 years of real estate sales, and 17+ years of real estate management experience, it's no wonder Randy Abrams is an industry leader. Randy earned his license in 1998, and has since been recognized every year for his achievements, and for providing top-notch service. His #1 goal is to provide stress free, knowledgeable & skilled real estate advice to all. Which he does by; knowing the market, excelling at negotiations, and building trust with clients and coworkers alike. Not only that, Randy truly understands the demands of today’s real estate market, the ins and outs of transactions, and has created a team of like-minded professionals to enhance the home buying & selling experience. Randy currently resides in Glendora, where he raised his two children that are now grown, and living in NY and AZ respectively. He also enjoys going to the beach, golfing, and traveling in his free time. In business, Randy believes “it’s all about connecting those selling homes, and those purchasing” and it's thanks to his relationship- focused approach, that allows the real estate process to be simplified and smooth for his clients.

With a Bachelors in International Business, Ellie brings 20 years of experience in business management, team leadership, accounting and financial analysis across Europe and North America.

Ellie is instrumental in handling monthly distributions for the hundreds of client accounts across the globe.  With her attention to detail and extensive experience she is recognized as one of the premiere Accounting Specialists in property management. 

Meghan is a 10-year veteran of the property management field, having started in 2015 as an on-site manager at a building for disabled but independent-living young adults. In her years of property management, she has developed a passion for all things maintenance and construction. She has worked in both the residential and commercial spaces. She brings a wealth of knowledge and a true desire to be of assistance whenever possible to the 7G team. 

Brenen brings a fresh, dynamic approach to his role as Assistant Property Manager.

He is a recent graduate of Boise State, where he earned a degree in Finance and a

minor in Economics. While completing his degree, he honed his analytical skills

while working as an Enterprise Financial Planning and Analysis Intern for J.R.

Simplot. This experience equipped him with a strong foundation in financial

modeling and market analysis–skills he now applies to his work in property

management.

With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Melissa is a Glendora native and a San Gabriel Valley market expert. She truly understands every aspect of a real estate transaction. Her attention to detail, great organization skills, and effective communication has allowed her to easily excel in real estate. “I understand that what you’re buying or selling is not just a house; your home is the biggest investment you’ll ever make. It’s your net-worth in a nutshell!” Melissa enjoys traveling and exploring our beautiful country with her husband and their 2 daughters. She is active in her community, a member of the Glendora Friends of the Rotary and a volunteer at her daughters’ elementary school. Melissa believes in meeting each day with enthusiasm, high-energy, and a positive mindset.

Cathy Hetzel is a business professional and a seasoned Compliance Officer for Seven Gables Real Estate and 7G Property Management with over 30 years of experience in ensuring organization and file compliance. Throughout her career, she has successfully implemented and maintained various compliance programs to meet regulatory requirements and industry standards. She provides sound advice and guidance to the team and colleagues to ensure smooth operations and adherence to all rules and regulations.
